A cover
I got a job as a security guard at the local stadium. Tomorrow is my first shift. It’s a rugby game. I’m probably going to die.
We went fishing and caught NOTHING, aside from a bean holding mini lobster.
This is a video about all the beautiful carpet in my new house.
Sunday.
I had a weird day on Sunday. I woke up with a homeless man in my bed. I crashed my friend’s rental car. Twice. And then in the evening I went to a party where people were dirty dancing to Florence and the Machine.
Tomato soup=cold tomato juice.
Watch me!

I tried to Edie Sedgwick my sister…Much harder than I anticipated it would be.
I had a whole load of jewelry that I never wore because it was either too heavy or just not my cup of tea so I decided to recycle it!
I wish I’d taken proper before and after photos but essentially I just used a pair of pliers and went to town with them.
The necklace is made from an earring that was way too heavy and a necklace that was way too short.
The blue earrings are made from an old bracelet I actually really liked but never really wore. Plus, the elastic holding it together had lost its stretch.
The coin earrings are made from a bracelet I’d had for at least a decade now, which I don’t think I’d ever worn. ever.
The first bracelet is made from the chain of the-coin-bracelet-I-never-wore and an assortment of jewels I found on earrings and necklaces.
The second bracelet is made with another one of the chains from the-coin-bracelet-I-never-wore (it had two chains) and square bits from a dangly earring which had lost it’s twin.
So yes…I’m quite excited about my new jewelry collection!
Friendly strangers
I was on my way to the post office, struggling away with a MASSIVE box of stuff that I was off to send to my new address, when this man just took GRABBED it off me and asked where I was heading.
So I said - ‘to the post office’ - and he just made his dandy old way there, put the box down, said ‘have a nice day’ and walked away.
Blunt, but much appreciated.
I’m moving out in two weeks!!!
So exciting…I’ve already packed my bags…that’s how eager I am :).
I have ALWAYS wanted to do this.
My life is complete.
